María Olga began her career in the field of Psychology and social development, with non-profit organizations, 9 years ago, working in consultancies, research and studies of social development, psychosocial care, entrepreneurship, development of soft skills, mental health processes, as well as as coordination and logistics processes in favor of the protection and development of migrant children, women and vulnerable populations. In 2017, he began work at the Central American level in the branch of Industrial Psychology as Regional Manager of Human Resources for a Biochemical laboratory, developing skills in the industrial - Organizational branch, creating the Human Resources department and developing monitoring tools, management processes of personnel, labor legislation, manualization of procedures, training and development of human talent.
In 2016, he joined VRS Consult, in the area of Psychology and social development and over time expanding the work areas to the Industrial - Organizational branch.
To date, he has trained in the social and organizational development sector within Guatemala and at the departmental level and in the area of the Industrial-Organizational sector in Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras.
She is a Clinical Psychologist, with a postgraduate degree in behavioral sciences (Forensic Psychology) and a closed curriculum of a Master's Degree in Human Resource Administration; It has various training programs such as business communication and negotiation strategies, identification and management of learning problems and special skills in children and adolescents, a Diploma in Emergency Psychology and care for people in crisis, and a seminar-workshop on projective tests for children.
He speaks Spanish and English.
