Industrial Security
Raúl began his career in the production sector 10 years ago, working in textile industries as an analyst and process engineer. For 8 years in the Organizational Health and Safety sector in the main electricity distributor in the country, as Regional Manager of Industrial Safety, conducting training, training and implementing procedures and methodologies to meet the objectives in health issues and security; as well as acting as internal auditor of the integrated management system in compliance with the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards, for the distributor and its different service providers.
In 2016, he joined VRS Consult, in the Organizational Health and Safety area. Teaching modules on analysis and implementation of Organizational Health and Hygiene programs and collaboration in Webinars on the same topic.
To date, it has trained in different regions of Guatemala, organizations related to the electricity sector, in analysis and prevention of incidents and relief institutions such as the Guatemalan Red Cross and various municipal and departmental volunteer firefighters, on dangers and risks when respond to emergencies related to electrical issues.
He is an Industrial Engineer, with a Postgraduate Degree in Administrative Engineering and a Master's Degree in Industrial Administration, has various training programs in Detection of Training Needs, Incident Command System of the National Coordinator for Disaster Reduction -CONRED-, Lead Systems Auditor Integrated Management and Corrective and Preventive Actions Taught by AENOR, and has 3 certifications in Business Security Method taught by the Guatemalan Red Cross.
He speaks Spanish and English.
