Delia began her career in the development sector with non-profit organizations in 1997, beginning to work in the administrative area of an international organization dedicated to health projects, later expanding to various topics of organizational management and project and program management. , with interventions in non-profit organizations dedicated to health, development, and culture issues. In 2006, she joined VRS Consult, as Consulting Coordinator.
In 2011, she participated as co-founder of ASOVID, the Vision for Development Association, a Civil Association committed to sustainable development.
To date, he has trained in the United States, Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Colombia, Ecuador, Brazil, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia, both in person and virtually. on issues of Project Management, Program Management, Project Monitoring and Evaluation, Organizational and Financial Sustainability. He has developed consultancy in Organizational Management, Project and Program Management, as well as Planning for Organizational Sustainability, in approximately 10 countries.
She is a Business Administrator and MBA, has various training programs in Management, Human Resources and Fundraising, is certified in Project DPro Foundation, Project DPro Practitioner, Program DPro and Risk Management in Development Projects.
He has been a university professor since 2002, having served to date at universities in Guatemala and El Salvador in matters of Management, Human Resources, Marketing, and Project Management.
